The Election Commission shall administer an oath of office to all duly elected officials at a point in time after the announcement of all election results, including the results of any runoff elections, following the election as follows:

I, (Name), do solemnly swear that I will uphold the Constitution and laws of Wilton Rancheria; that I will secure our rights, advance the general welfare, safeguard our interests, sustain our culture, promote our traditions, perpetuate our existence, and secure our natural and self-evident right to govern ourselves, as I perform the duties of my office on behalf of Wilton Rancheria with honor, dignity, and sincerity.
