A. Article VI, Section 2 of the Constitution authorizes the Tribal Council to make the Tribe’s laws.

B. Article VI, Section 2(a) of the Constitution grants the Tribal Council the power to make all laws, including resolutions, codes, and statutes.

C. Article VI, Section 2(f) of the Constitution grants the Tribal Council the power to authorize expenditures by law and appropriate funds in an annual budget.

D. Article VI, Section 2(o) of the Constitution grants the Tribal Council the power to promote public health, education, charity, and other such services as may contribute to the social advancement of the members of Wilton Rancheria. (Res. 2014-38; Res. 2013-15)
