A. All members of the Tribe that are or shall become eighteen (18) years of age or older during the calendar year of an annual per capita distribution shall be eligible to receive the annual per capita distribution. All members of the Tribe that are or shall become sixty-two (62) years of age during a calendar month shall be eligible to receive a monthly elders’ distribution. No member of the Tribe shall be eligible to receive both an annual per capita distribution and a monthly elders’ distribution within the same month.

B. Membership in the Tribe shall be determined in accordance with 4 WRC § 2-101 et seq., Enrollment and Membership. The rights of a person to appeal an adverse determination on his or her membership application shall be determined only under 4 WRC § 2-101 et seq., Enrollment and Membership.

C. In order to provide for orderly review and consideration, new members approved within thirty (30) days or less of a scheduled distribution date shall not be found eligible for distribution until the next scheduled distribution. (Res. 2014-38; Res. 2013-15)
