§ 5-105 Definitions.

Throughout this chapter the following words have the following definitions:
“Constitution” means the Constitution of Wilton Rancheria, adopted on November 11, 2011, as last amended and restated December 8, 2012.
“Elder” means a member of the Tribe who is sixty-two (62) years of age or older.
“Member” means an individual who is duly recognized as a member of the Tribe pursuant to the Constitution and 4 WRC § 2-101 et seq., Enrollment and Membership. (Res. 2023-04; Res. 2014-38; Res. 2013-15)
