§ 5-202 Address changes.

A. Members shall be responsible for providing address changes to the Office of Enrollment as they occur.
B. The Tribe is not responsible for sending a notice of per capita distribution or a per capita distribution check to the wrong address if the member has failed to provide a current and correct address to the Office of Enrollment. (Res. 2014-38; Res. 2013-15)
