The Chairperson shall ensure that notice of an annual per capita distribution shall be issued to each eligible member sixty (60) days prior to the established date of distribution via United States mail. Notice of an annual per capita distribution shall also appear in the Tribe’s newsletter and on the Tribe’s website to the extent practicable.
