Article III. Reporting Violations – Petitions to Tribal Court

A. Any member of Wilton Rancheria or current employee of Wilton Rancheria, including its enterprises, eighteen (18) years of age or older, who in good faith believes or has reason to believe that an elected official or tribal official has committed a violation under Article II of this chapter may report the alleged violation by filing a petition with the Tribal Court.

B. All petitions must be filed according to the process set out in 10 WRC § 2-101 et seq., Rules of General Application and Evidence, and 10 WRC § 6-101 et seq., Rules of Civil Procedure.

C. Tribal Court staff shall assist with maintaining and providing copies of applicable rules, tribal laws and court forms. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2019-46; Res. 2016-36; Res. 2015-2)
