A. Provide legal advice to the Tribe and the Tribe’s officials, agencies, departments, divisions, enterprises and other entities;

B. Provide legal representation for the Tribe in all legal proceedings or hearings;

C. Represent the Tribe in all dealings and relations involving legal matters with third parties;

D. Assist in the development and implementation of tribal law, contracts involving the Tribe, documents establishing tribal entities or committees, and similar legal documents;

E. Determine the need for, coordinate with, and supervise outside counsel as appropriate;

F. Perform any other legal functions or responsibilities as determined by the Chairperson. (Res. 2023-55)
