The Personnel Division shall:

A. Ensure the effective development, implementation, and execution of the Tribe’s strategic initiatives.

B. Promote strategic decision-making using the most detailed research and analysis appropriate to the decision.

C. Maintain continual progress towards goals through appropriate oversight and monitoring measures.

D. Ensure effective communication to and from the Chairperson.

E. Execute the individual objectives of each subdivision, branch, and program office, as may be created from time to time.

F. Perform any other functions or responsibilities as determined by the Chairperson. (Res. 2023-55)
