A. The Department of Health shall submit to the Tribal Council through the Chairperson a preliminary written annual report sixty (60) days prior to the end of each calendar year. It will report on the activities of the Department of Health, achievement of the goals and objectives for the calendar year to date, and the impact, if any, of fiscal constraints on its current goals and objectives.

B. The Department of Health shall submit to the Tribal Council through the Chairperson a final written annual report for the preceding year no later than February 1 of each calendar year. (Res. 2023-30; Res. 2021-40; Res. 2014-32)
