The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the regulation of construction, repair, maintenance, expansion, modification, or renovation of all structures on tribal land, including any structure that is a part of the gaming facility, in order to ensure that all such activities are conducted in a safe manner to protect persons, property, and the Tribe, and to provide for the regulation and oversight of workplace safety and personal safety on tribal land.
