No person shall intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly cause public alarm, nuisance, jeopardy or violence by engaging in the following prohibited acts whether directly or indirectly, in person or via social media or online platform, and within the Tribe’s jurisdiction. This section shall not apply to a person who cannot comply with this section as a result of a disability, age, or a medical condition.

A. Fighting or threatening in a violent manner, or challenging to fight, or encouraging or cheering for, aiding, abetting or video recording any act of fighting for purposes other than providing evidence of disorderly conduct.

B. Making or creating noise or allowing or permitting the creation of such noise that is unreasonable, considering the nature and purpose of the actor’s conduct, location, time of day or night, and other factors that would govern the conduct of a reasonably prudent person under the circumstances.

C. Brandishing a dangerous weapon or firearm in a manner that would cause a person to reasonably feel threatened or in fear for their safety.

D. Abusing or threatening a person in an obviously offensive manner.

E. Engaging in lewd behavior.

F. Using abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language, utterance or gesture, or engaging in a display or act that is obscene, physically threatening or menacing, or done in a manner that is likely to inflict injury or incite an immediate breach of the peace.

G. Inappropriate social media posting(s) that include discriminatory remarks, harassment, threats of violence, unlawful conduct, defamation, or similarly inappropriate conduct.
