Article II. Offenses Against the Peace
§ 4-201 Disruption of tribal meetings, events and business.
No person shall hinder, prevent, disrupt, delay or interfere with the conduct of public, private, or governmental business occurring on tribal lands or at tribal events, activities, programs, or functions, whether directly or indirectly, in person or via social media or online platform through threats, violence, intimidation, harassment, blockade or other unwanted outbursts. Tribal meetings, events and business include, but are not limited to, business conducted at public meetings or via social media or other online platform for the consideration of tribal matters, meetings of the Tribal Council, meetings of the General Council, meetings of tribal boards, commissions, committees, agencies, departments, or other formal or informal gatherings of tribal officials, employees, consultants, or members.
