No elected or appointed official, commissioner, board member, agent, or member of the Tribe shall engage in activity or conduct that would constitute a violation of this chapter or that would otherwise undermine the spirit and purpose of this chapter by engaging in activities that unreasonably threaten the peace and security of the tribal community.
