§ 1-202 Designation.
A. The Department of Housing shall be designated as either a full administration or a limited administration by resolution of the Tribal Council.
B. The Tribal Council may designate the Department of Housing as a limited administration only if:
1. The Tribe joins, is a member in, receives substantial benefits from, or is otherwise substantially associated with a consortium, organization, association, or other entity or body that provides services that assist tribal members in obtaining and maintaining housing; or
2. The Tribe is searching for, in discussions with, completing applications and other forms for, or is otherwise in the process of establishing a relationship with a consortium, organization, association, or other entity or body that would satisfy the requirements of subsection (B)(1) of this section.
C. If the Department of Housing is designated as a limited administration pursuant to subsection (B)(1) of this section, the resolution of the Tribal Council shall not name the relevant consortium, organization, association, or other entity or body. (Res. 2023-57)
