§ 1-201 Full or limited administration.

A. The Department of Housing shall be organized as either a full administration or a limited administration.

B. If the Department of Housing is organized as a full administration, the Department of Housing shall be organized in accordance with Article III of this chapter.

C. If the Department of Housing is organized as a Limited Administration, the Department of Housing shall be organized in accordance with Article IV of this chapter.

D. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the application of any other article, except for Articles III and IV, of this chapter to the Department of Housing, whether the Department of Housing is organized as a full administration or a limited administration. (Res. 2023-57)
