If the Department of Housing is organized as a limited administration and the Tribe joins, is a member in, receives substantial benefits from, or is otherwise substantially associated with a consortium, organization, association, or other entity or body that meets the requirements of Section 1-202(B)(1), the Tribal Council shall adopt and maintain a corresponding act, as a separate chapter of the Tribe’s Housing Code, that governs, in a manner consistent with this chapter, the rights, powers, conditions, limitations, and all other matters associated with the relationship between the Tribe and the relevant consortium, organization, association, or other entity or body. To the extent that there are any conflicts between this chapter and the corresponding act, this chapter shall govern. (Res. 2023-57)
