A. Elected officials serving as members of the Wilton Rancheria Gaming Authority Board shall not be deemed employees of the Gaming Authority and are prohibited from employment with the Gaming Authority or any entity that the Gaming Authority Board oversees.

B. Except for reimbursement of expenses incurred in attending Board meetings or in furtherance of its business objectives pursuant to Section 12 “Reimbursement and Stipend” of the Gaming Authority Charter, Elected Officials shall not receive any payments for serving on the Board.
