A. Tribal Council honorarium rates shall be determined based on the hourly honorarium rate established each year in the Tribe’s budget. Factors for consideration in determining the appropriate rate may include anticipated workload, pending projects and development of new laws.

B. Honorarium rates are subject to change by Tribal Council resolution, pending budgetary feasibility. (Res. 2023-54; Res. 2020-78)
