Following the certification of election results, as that process is provided for in the Election Act, each newly elected or appointed Tribal Council member shall file and submit all necessary financial paperwork in accordance with Wilton Rancheria employment policies. Each Tribal Council member shall be eligible to receive up to sixty-two (62) hours of honoraria per pay period before the election results are certified. (Res. 2023-54; Res. 2020-78)
