Following the certification of election results, as that process is provided for in the Election Act, the newly elected or appointed, as applicable, Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson shall file and submit all necessary financial and Human Resources paperwork in accordance with Wilton Rancheria employment policies. The Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson shall be eligible to receive payments for services provided before the election results are certified upon the establishment of a rate in accordance with Section 4-204.
