After all the necessary requirements of this chapter have been met, a proposed lease shall be presented to the Tribal Council for approval. A lease is approved by a majority vote of the entire Tribal Council and in accordance with the Tribe’s laws. An approved lease shall be executed on behalf of the Tribe by the executing official.
