Unless otherwise provided in the lease, no lease shall be approved more than twelve (12) months prior to the commencement of the lease term. The term shall not be more than twenty-five (25) years except that any such lease may include an option to renew for up to two (2) additional terms, each of which may not exceed twenty-five (25) years.
