Unless an alternative dispute resolution process is provided in a lease, a lessee or interested party may appeal a final determination of the Tribe to the Tribal Court within thirty (30) days of the determination. Any appeal to the Tribal Court shall be filed in accordance with the Tribal Court’s rules of civil procedure. (Res. 2020-30)
