§ 1-402 Scope of Tribal Court review.

The Tribal Court shall review whether the determination was arbitrary, capricious, or an abuse of discretion; contrary to law; or not supported by substantial evidence in the record. Any decision of the Tribal Court may be appealed to the Tribal Appellate Panel. If no appeal is taken to the Tribal Appellate Panel, the decision of the Tribal Court shall be final. (Res. 2020-30)
