A. Establish programs to provide financial and supportive assistance to members in support of their educational goals.

B. Establish a program to provide for the development of individualized education plans (IEP) for the Tribe’s ninth through twelfth grade students. An IEP shall be a plan that details the student’s higher education and career goals and provides strategies for obtaining the same. The Department of Education shall attempt to make annual personal contact with each of the Tribe’s ninth through twelfth grade students to offer appointments for preparation of an IEP.

C. Create and administer a scholarship award program.

D. Create and administer a tutoring program.

E. Provide information to members regarding adult education programs and services that may be available.

F. Provide for effective communication and dissemination of information to members. (Res. 2013-34)
