A. To comply with the Tribe’s obligations under Section 12.5 of the compact.

B. To provide a transparent process by which prospective claimants can pursue fair remedies for harms they believe they have incurred.

C. To provide the exclusive remedy for, and set forth the terms and conditions under which the Tribe will grant a limited waiver of sovereign immunity solely for, claims against the Gaming Authority seeking actual damages for compensable injuries.

D. To establish time limits, substantive standards, and procedures for the filing and prompt and fair adjudication of such claims. (Res. 2021-22)
