Any transfer of land made by the Tribe and/or Boyd Gaming to the United States to hold land in trust for the Tribe for gaming purposes shall be authorized by resolution of the Tribal Council. The Chairperson shall be the signatory of all documents necessary to effectuate the transfer of such land. In the event of the unavailability or incapacity of the Chairperson, the Chairperson may designate the Vice-Chairperson to sign such documents by written authorization. (Res. 2023-04 (Exh.
