Any purchase of land made by the Tribe and/or Boyd Gaming for purposes of establishment of a gaming facility shall be authorized by resolution of the Tribal Council. The Chairperson shall be the signatory of all documents necessary to effectuate the purchase of such land. In the event of the unavailability or incapacity of the Chairperson, the Chairperson may designate the Vice-Chairperson to sign such documents by written authorization. (Res. 2023-04 (Exh.
