A. Judges will be compensated pursuant to a written contract with the Tribe.

B. Compensation for the Chief Judge will be negotiated, commensurate with experience, and such compensation will be prorated on an hourly basis for less than full-time work, defined as forty (40) hours per week.

C. Associate Judges and Appellate Judges will be compensated at negotiated hourly rates.

D. No judge shall have his or her rate of pay reduced during his or her term of office. However, the Tribal Council may budget for a decreased number of hours if fiscal restraints require the same. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
