A. There is hereby established the position of Clerk of the Court and such deputy Court clerks as the Chief Judge deems necessary and as approved in the Tribal Court’s budget.
B. The Clerk of Court is a supervisory administrative position of the Tribal Court of Wilton Rancheria.
C. The Clerk of Court shall serve as the Court Administrator.
D. The Clerk of Court shall be appointed by, and supervised by, the Chief Judge. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
