A. The Clerk of Court is authorized to have and use a seal that shall be circular in form and contain the words “Clerk of Court of Wilton Rancheria” around the edge thereof and the words “Official Seal” in its center.

B. The seal shall be impressed upon all warrants, subpoenas, summons, certified copies of records, judgments, orders, decrees, and similar documents as evidence of their authenticity. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
