A. The Clerk is authorized to certify that a copy of any record is a true and accurate copy of the record on file with the Tribal Court by seal and signature to the following statement:

I hereby certify that this record is a true, accurate, and exact copy of the original of the same as it remains on file with the Tribal Court.

B. Certified copies of Tribal Court records are admissible as evidence without further authentication in all administrative and judicial proceedings of the Tribe. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
