These rules are intended to govern the conduct of Court personnel, judicial officers, parties, patrons, and cases before the Wilton Rancheria Courts. They should be read and understood to: promote the fair determination of every proceeding, be simple to understand and follow, eliminate unnecessary expense and delay, and be consistent with applicable provisions of tribal law.
