Unless a rule makes an exception, these rules apply to the administration of all proceedings in the Wilton Rancheria Courts and shall apply across all other chapters in Title 10. If an issue or action is not addressed by these rules or tribal law, the corresponding provision of the following rules shall provide guidance to the Court: Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and Federal Rules of Evidence.
