A. The final report shall be written down and signed by the Traditional Court and sent to the Tribal Court Clerk no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the conclusion of the conference. This report will include a summary of the resolutions the parties were able to reach, issues that were not resolved, and all other recommendations from the Traditional Court without disclosing any confidential discussions that occurred at the conference.

B. If the parties arrived at a resolution, the written resolution must include who shall do specific tasks, timelines to complete tasks, and other activities needed to resolve the dispute. If the parties arrived at a partial resolution, the written resolution must also include the items the parties did not agree on that the Tribal Court will need to resolve.

C. If the parties do not arrive at a mutual agreement, the Traditional Court shall prepare a report to the Tribal Court indicating the date and time of the conference, the attendees, and any recommendations made by the Traditional Court.

D. The Tribal Court Clerk will file and serve the report for the parties and the Tribal Court to review. The Tribal Court will set further proceedings as needed based on the report including the adoption of any agreements as official orders of the Court. (Res. 2022-24 (Exh. A))
