If any party fails to appear for a Traditional Court conference, without an excuse that the Traditional Court deems valid, such as an emergency or other unanticipated event, the Traditional Court shall refer the failure to appear to the Tribal Court to take an appropriate action if the party who failed to appear has not attempted to reschedule the conference within three (3) business days of the notice for failure to appear.
