“Appellant” means the party filing the appeal.

“Appellate Panel” or “Panel” means the Wilton Rancheria Appellate Panel.

“Court Clerk” means the Court clerk who serves the Panel.

“Decision,” as used in these rules, shall mean a written disposition of an appeal, including a disposition by opinion, memorandum decision, or order.

“Final decision” means the final disposition of a case in the Tribal Court.

“Nonfinal orders” means a decision of the Tribal Court that does not constitute the final disposition of a case.

“Respondent” means the party not filing the appeal. (Res. 2020-42 Exh. C)
