A. At the hearing on the Tribe’s petition or cited person’s request for hearing, the parties will have the opportunity to discuss the alleged violation with the Court and may submit evidence or testimony to support their statements.

B. At or before the hearing, the parties must exchange information supporting their arguments regarding the alleged violation. The Tribal Court will allow the parties to file any evidence that meets the requirements of Article VII of Chapter 2 of this title. (Res. 2020-61)
