A. If the cited person does not contest the citation within the time period set forth in the act, the citation shall become final and not subject to further review by the Tribal Court.

B. If the cited person contests the citation and does not appear in Court for the hearing, the Court may enter a judgment against the cited person. (Res. 2020-61)
