A. If the Tribe requests that a petition for injunctive relief be heard ex parte, the Court will hear and decide the matter before the end of the next business day.

B. If the petition is granted and an injunctive order is issued, the Court will then set a noticed review hearing no later than fourteen (14) days following the issuance of the order.

C. At the review hearing the Court shall consider what if any further action is warranted on the citation. (Res. 2020-61)
