A. Upon receipt of the Tribe’s petition or the cited person’s request for hearing the Court Clerk has thirty (30) days to schedule a hearing on the petition or request for hearing.

B. The Court Clerk shall prepare a notice of hearing and deliver the notice by first class mail to both parties at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the hearing. (Res. 2020-61)
