A. After considering all the testimony and evidence submitted at the hearing, the Court shall decide to uphold or dismiss the citation or, if the petition was filed by the Tribe, to grant the request stated in the petition.

B. Any decisions made by the Court following a hearing shall be entered in writing. A decision on the citation must include findings of fact and conclusions of law. (Res. 2020-61)
