If the Tribal Court upholds the citation against the cited person, then the Court Clerk shall deliver a copy of the Court’s decision to the Tribal Chairperson, to determine if the cited person is a tribal official for purposes of 5 WRC § 4-803. (Res. 2023-04; Res. 2020-61)
