A. The Chairperson shall provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice to the General Council of a special meeting regarding proposed amendments to the Constitution. The notice shall establish a specific day and time period by which members may appear and vote on proposed amendments to the Constitution. The special meeting notice shall also include a copy of the ballot.

B. The notice shall include the date, time and location for the informational hearing of the proposed amendment. The date of the hearing shall be at least fourteen (14) days prior to the special meeting.
