A. Tribal Council.

1. Pursuant to Article VI, Section 6 of the Constitution, only tribal members who are at least twenty-five (25) years of age on the date of the general election shall be eligible to run for or serve on the Tribal Council.

2. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 5 of the Constitution, no person who has been convicted of a felony shall be eligible to hold elected office in the Tribe.

3. No person who has served on the Election Commission during the one hundred eighty (180) calendar days prior to a general or special election may be eligible to serve as a candidate for Tribal Council during that election.

B. Chairperson/Vice-Chairperson.

1. Pursuant to Article V, Section 4 of the Constitution, only tribal members who are at least thirty (30) years of age on the date of the election shall be eligible to run for or serve as Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson.

2. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 5 of the Constitution, no person who has been convicted of a felony shall be eligible to hold elected office in the Tribe.

3. No person who has served on the Election Commission during the one hundred eighty (180) calendar days prior to a general or special election may be eligible to serve as a candidate for Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson during that election.
