A. On the morning of the election, the Election Commission shall register all eligible voters prior to presenting them with a ballot.

B. All eligible voters shall be required to provide a valid tribal, federal, or state government photo identification in order to be allowed into the election.

C. Registered voters shall be provided a wristband upon signing in during the registration process. The voter wristband shall be used to indicate when a voter has received a ballot for the election.

D. Voters requiring assistance may register a voting assistant during the registration process. Voting assistants shall receive wristbands clearly identifying them as voting assistants.
