§ 4-310 Recounts.
A. General Election, Runoff Election and Special Election.
1. A recount of ballots shall automatically occur whenever there is one percent (1%) or less difference between the votes received by the candidates affecting the determination of the winner or of who will proceed to the runoff election.
2. The Election Commission shall grant a request for a recount from a candidate or eligible voter upon a showing of good cause for the recount.
B. Amendment Election.
1. A recount of ballots shall automatically occur whenever there is one percent (1%) or less difference between the votes to establish two-thirds (⅔).
2. The Election Commission shall grant a request for a recount from an eligible voter upon a showing of good cause for the recount. (Res. 2021-54; Res. 2020-14; Res. 2015-24; Res. 2014-41; Res. 2013-60; Res. 2013-57)
