The Chairperson shall ensure that a notice of the monthly elders’ distribution shall be issued to each eligible member once per year via United States mail. The Chairperson shall include all individuals who will turn sixty-two (62) years of age during the following calendar in such notice. Notices of distributions shall include a complete list of all documents necessary to receive a monthly elders’ distribution. (Res. 2014-38; Res. 2013-15)
