Eligible members must submit all documents necessary to receive a monthly elders’ distribution to the Tribal Office fifteen (15) days prior to their first monthly elders’ distribution of the calendar year by 5:00 p.m. If the deadline for a monthly elders’ distribution shall fall on a holiday or weekend, the documents shall be due on the next business day after the holiday or weekend by 5:00 p.m. The Tribal Office must physically receive the documents necessary to receive a monthly elders’ distribution by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline for submission of documents. Postmarking shall not be sufficient to demonstrate the receipt of documents required under this section. (Res. 2014-38; Res. 2013-15)
